We take customer core engines and rebuild them into many levels of power. We build engines specific to the application, needs of the customer and driving characteristics!

 

Performance rebuild 383-440 engines


Level 1    
Bring us your core engine, we tear down, machine, balance, assemble heads and sell you the parts to build this engine yourself.
For the pro engine builder

Level 2    Bring us your core engine, we tear down, machine, balance, assemble the short block, assemble heads and sell you the parts to build the rest of the engine yourself.
For the experienced engine build

Level 3    Bring us your core engine, we tear down, machine, balance, assemble and test run the engine.


Performance rebuild
Engine is torn down and all parts are inspected for wear and damage.
All parts to be reused are cleaned
Block is baked, blasted, magged and pressure tested
Heads are baked, blasted and magged for cracks
Crank is cleaned and polished
Rods are cleaned, torqued and touch honed as needed
Replace all bearings, pistons and rings, gaskets, oil pump, timing set, valve springs, and block expansion plugs.
Block is bored and torque plate honed with the style of head gasket that will be used
Block has new cam bearings installed fit to your cam
Block decks checked and main bores checked
Heads are surfaced with new valve job (guides replaced as needed for an extra cost)

Level 3 minimum $10300   rebuild your engine and test run    Options included (hyd roller cam, roller rockers, stainless valves, new pushrods & arp rod bolts)
