Many people have great cars with original engines. These engines get old and tired and eventually need a little help. We take customer core engines and rebuild them into many levels of power. We build engines specific to the application, needs of the customer and driving characteristics! 

Level 1    bring us your core engine, we tear down, machine, balance, assemble heads and sell you the parts to build this engine yourself.

Level 2    bring us your core engine, we tear down, machine, balance, assemble the short block, assemble heads and sell you the parts to build the rest of the engine yourself.
                  For the experienced engine build

Performance rebuild  MEL engines
Engine is torn down and all parts are inspected for wear and damage.
All parts to be reused are cleaned
Block is baked, blasted, magnafluxed for cracks and pressure tested
Heads are baked, blasted and magnafluxed for cracks
Crank is cleaned and polished
Rods are cleaned, torqued and touch honed as needed
Replace all bearings, pistons and rings, gaskets, oil pump, timing set, valve springs, and block expansion plugs.
Block is bored and honed
Block decks checked and main bores checked
Heads are surfaced with new valve job (guides replaced as needed for an extra cost)
